Q: Can I buy tickets via mail?

A: Yes, however online is the best way to confirm your ticket purchases and meal choices. However you can send us a check for $100 per ticket or $1000 per table. Be sure to include meal choices (Beef, Chicken, Vegetarian) and mail no later than Friday, April 21st (two weeks prior to the event).

Q: Can I make a reservation over the phone?

Q: Where is the event located?

A: Next to the beautiful Wellshire Golf Course, the Wellshire Inn is located at the corner of Hampden Ave and Colorado Blvd. They are very centrally located and only 10 minutes from Downtown Denver. The address is 3333 South Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222.

Q: Is there a gluten free option?

A: YES! All entrees are gluten free. Choose from Chicken, Beef, or Vegetarian meals with Haitian flare.

A: The Wellshire will take cash or credit at the bars.

A: Yes. Absolutely. The main parking lot is on the south side of the venue. You may remember from last year.

Q: Are donations tax deductible?

A: Donations from the direct appeal are tax deductible and you will receive a tax receipt at the end of the night. We sincerely appreciate unrestricted gifts as they enable us to adapt to shifting circumstances that our partners in Haiti face. This includes most recently the devastation from Hurricane Matthew in 2016.
